March Lamaze Series

$350.00

Comprehensive, Evidence-Based Childbirth Education

Birth is not just a medical event.
It’s a physical, emotional, and relational transformation.

This 4-week virtual Lamaze series will equip you and your partner (or support person of choice) with practical tools, evidence-based knowledge, and confidence so you can approach labor feeling prepared instead of overwhelmed.

Whether you’re planning a hospital birth, birth center experience, or simply want to understand your options — this class will help you make informed, empowered decisions.

What You’ll Gain

In just four weeks, you and your partner will learn:

• How labor actually works (so it feels less mysterious and overwhelming)
• Comfort techniques that truly make a difference
• Movement and positioning strategies for every stage
• How to navigate inductions, epidurals, and cesareans with clarity
• How partners can give meaningful, effective support
• How to make confident decisions inside a hospital setting

This isn’t just breathing.
This is understanding your body and your options.
